Explore four areas: Historical displays of family documents, Italian recipe exploration on handheld devices, an emotional corridor with sensory experiences, and an educational journey into Gragnano pasta’s history and culture. Led by direct descendants of the Cuomo family, who have crafted pasta for over two centuries, the tour begins at the Cuomo family museum in Gragnano’s historic center, showcasing the pasta-drying microclimate. Next, visit the current production site for insights into pasta-making secrets.
David Ice Cream – in Sorrento centre

What you’ll experience: Gelateria David offers a 45-minute tasting demonstration of handmade gelato preparation, led by Mario. Guests learn about ingredients and techniques, then sample the current flavors on display.
Pizza Making Evening & Tarantella Dance Show

What you’ll experience: Participants will receive a brief explanation about pizza before preparing their dough using provided ingredients. The teacher will demonstrate dough rolling techniques. The group then proceeds to the pizza oven to choose toppings and witness the baking process. While waiting for their pizza, they’ll enjoy Italian-style mixed fried food and participate in tarantella dance. After dinner, transfer by coach to the hotel.
Mozzarella Demonstration

What you’ll experience: The farm visit starts with a leisurely walk through lemon and olive groves, meeting the farm’s cows along the way. Guests pause at an old 19th-century oil mill and mill for insights into rural life past and present. Mrs. Maria offers a unique demonstration of artisanal mozzarella making, showcasing our caciocavallo cheese and Sorrentine plait. After the tour and demo, guests relax on the terrace amidst greenery to sample local products.
