Absolutely amazing company, such helpful customer service. My son recently went to Normandy with his school. He had the most fantastic time and said everyone was very kind and helpful. On returning home, he realised he'd left a souvenir in his room. I contacted the company, and a wonderful lady called Ella and her colleague located the souvenir, and arranged for it to be returned to him. We have just returned from a truly outstanding stay at Château du Baffy with a large school group. The staff at the château went above and beyond to make our experience a positive and enjoyable one - nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was plentiful and the quality was excellent. We cannot wait to return in the future. Our travel advisor Steff and tour co-ordinator Nicole were absolutely incredible throughout the process of booking and planning our trip. A brilliant place to take groups of children. Nice and close to lots of interesting places such as Bayeux and Arromanches.
